In an attempt to make it easier for people to find what they are looking for, the following League Manual has been drawn together to be a single document containing all rules, guides and the constitution relating to the Oxfordshire Cross Country League:

Below are the previous guides and resources of the Oxfordshire Cross Country League that have been superseded by the League Manual linked above. They will remain available temporarily for people to review against the League Manual should they wish.
- A guide for Team Managers to prepare for the forthcoming season incorporating important changes to the rules and entry process – last reviewed and revised: 30th January 2023. All Team Managers to read before the start of the season and athlete entry submissions.
- A guide for Team Managers and Club Membership Secretaries to help to ensure that entered athletes meet the necessary EA registration requirements – last reviewed and revised: 19th September 2022.
- A guide for Race Directors for hosting an OXL cross country fixture – last reviewed and revised: 19th September 2022. All Race Directors to read and comply with the procedures as requested.
- How the overall standings are worked out – last reviewed and revised: 18th September 2022.
- Brief guidance notes concerning the recording of times and race numbers at the finish funnel (for race directors, host clubs and all runners) – last reviewed and revised: 19th September 2022.
- A 3–page document for recording race numbers at the finish funnel. Sheet 1 is required for all races, Sheet 2 is required for the men’s and women’s races and potentially Sheet 3 may be required should the number of athletes in the adult races exceed 300 – last revised: 18th September 2022.
- A single page document for recording race numbers at the finish funnel for the Mixed Relay – last revised: last revised: 18th September 2022.
- A 3–page document for recording race numbers at the finish funnel. Sheet 1 is required for all races, Sheet 2 is required for the men’s and women’s races and potentially Sheet 3 may be required should the number of athletes in the adult races exceed 300 – last revised: 18th September 2022.
