Entries are to be made by Team Managers in accordance with the updated Rules on the website and by the published deadline. Guest runners from clubs not affiliated to the OXL may be permitted, but again only in accordance with the rules and deadlines. 

PLEASE USE THE TOILET FACILITIES PROVIDED

There is a toilet block in the main car park and there will be a handful of additional portable toilets near the start/finish area.

Anyone identified defecating or urinating in public at any OXL venue will receive an outright 12-month ban from the League with immediate effect.
 
Important Venue Notes:
The races are being held on private land with the kind permission of the owner. Please treat all areas as well as staff with the utmost respect as we would like this venue to become a regular venue in future years.

The Coffee Cab will be providing hot drinks and snacks and there is a Co-op and Subway next to the car park entrance for other options.

Dogs are permitted on site. However, owners must keep them on the lead at all times and clean up after them.

There will be livestock in the field following the event so please make sure all belongings and litter are taken home.

Car Parking

To reduce potential congestion please car share where possible. Please ensure the directions of the car parking marshals are adhered to when parking your vehicle. It's approximately 500m walk from the car park to the tents & start, using the underpass.

Presentations

The timing of the presentations will be as follows:

11:15hrs (or as close as possible) U9 and U11 Girls & Boys: This ceremony will include the awards for the teams (NEW: medals for top 3 teams), top 3 individuals and the award of participation medals for all children who have completed at least 4 of the 5 races this season.

13:30hrs (or as close as possible) U13 & upwards: This ceremony will include the awards for the top 3 individuals for all the remaining categories, overall and team prizes (NEW: medals for top 3 teams).

Please ensure athletes and/or team representatives are at the presentations to collect prizes. Any prizes not collected on the day will not be sent/taken to clubs - Team Managers will need to make arrangements to collect from the League Committee.
