Entries are to be made by Team Managers in accordance with the updated Rules on the website and by the published deadline. Guest runners from clubs not affiliated to the OXL may be permitted, but again only in accordance with the rules and deadlines.

PLEASE USE THE TOILET FACILITIES PROVIDED – Anyone identified defecating or urinating in public at any OXL venue will receive an outright 12–month ban from the League with immediate effect.

Important Venue Notes:
The races are being held on private land with the kind permission of the owner. Please treat all areas as well as staff with the utmost respect as we would like to be invited back in future years.
Catering will be provided near the barn behnid the club tents. We would grateful if you could please support this.
Dogs are permitted on site. However, owners must keep them on the lead at all times and clean up after them.
