Entries are to be made by Team Managers in accordance with the updated Rules on the website and by the published deadline. Guest runners from clubs not affiliated to the OXL may be permitted, but again only in accordance with the rules and deadlines.

Important Notes:

The races are being held on private land with the kind permission of the owner. Please treat all areas with the utmost respect as we would like to be invited back in future years. NO ACCESS is permitted within any Out Of Bounds Zones.

NO DOGS ALLOWED AT THE VENUE, not even in the car parking area so please do not bring them.

REFRESHEMENTS
There will be a hot and cold food and drinks van, which should be able to take card payments (signal permitting) and will also accept cash.

PLEASE USE THE TOILET FACILITIES PROVIDED – Anyone identified defecating or urinating in public at any OXL venue will receive an outright 12–month ban from the League with immediate effect.

Car Parking - Follow round to the right after entering the estate

There are different arrangements this year with separate access for entry & exit to alleviate the queueing issues from last year.  To further reduce potential congestion please car share where possible. Please ensure the directions of the car parking marshals are adhered to when parking your vehicle.
