Participating clubs may enter runners prior to the season and in accordance with the updated Rules on the website also included in the Team Managers’ Guide, and will issue a number to their runners.
Runners may not enter as individuals.
Guest runners may be permitted, but again only in accordance with the updated Rules as well as included in the Team Managers’ Guide. For Oxfordshire County Championships entries please refer to the Oxfordshire Athletics website for the entry details, categories and rules.

Attention All Athletes: As per the League Rules (see Rule 31): Any runners wearing headphones will be disqualified.

Please note: Round 3 of the Oxfordshire XC League will be run in conjunction with the 2019 Oxfordshire County XC Championships (entry details will be made available on the Oxon AA website in due course). The County officials will provide runners who have been entered for the County Championships with OXL numbers printed on a red background. OXL runners who have NOT been entered for the County Championships should wear their usual OXL number (printed on a white background).

Important Notes: All parking will be in the main BMW MINI Plant Car Park (see directions above) with the exception of officials, club tents, disabled and U11 athletes and parents who may park at the track. Please treat the car park with respect and walk to the venue. Cross the road with care as traffic approaches quickly in both directions.
There is strictly NO Parking on the Horspath Road or the entrance to the track.

Southbound (M40) traffic: Follow the M40 south and turn off at junction 8a towards Oxford (A40). At the Headington roundabout take the first exit south onto the A4142 (Eastern By–Pass Road). Continue straight on along the A4142 to the third set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Horspath Road (the car park will be visible across the road to your right). Enter the main car park via Gate 7.
Westbound traffic: Follow the M40 west and turn off at junction 8 towards Oxford (A40). At the Headington roundabout take the first exit south onto the A4142 (Eastern By–Pass Road). Continue straight on along the A4142 to the third set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Horspath Road (the car park will be visible across the road to your right). Enter the main car park via Gate 7.
Northbound (from M4) traffic: Exit the M4 at junction 13. Take the A34 northwards to Oxford. At the junction with the Southern By–Pass Road follow the directions for the M40 (A40). After crossing three roundabouts the MINI Plant will be see on the right as you pass over the flyover at Cowley. Turn right onto Horspath Road at the next set of traffic lights. Enter the main car park via Gate 7.

Parking Fees
The standard car parking fee for all 2018–19 OXL fixtures is £4.00 per vehicle to cover cover the costs of running the fixture, as agreed at the 2017 OXL AGM.

Age Groups for 2018–19 season

These are all according to age at midnight on the age date (31 August 2018), except for U9s – see below.
U9 are age 8 on the day of the event;
U11 are age 9 or 10 on the age date;
U13 are age 11 or 12 on the age date;
U15 are age 13 or 14 on the age date;
U17 are age 15 or 16 on the age date;
U20 are age 17, 18 or 19 on the age date;
Senior Women are age 20 to 34 on the age date;
Vet Women V1 are age 35 to 44; V2 are age 45 to 54; V3 are 55 or over on the age date;
Senior Men are age 20 to 39 on the age date;
Vet Men V1 are age 40 to 49; V2 are age 50 to 59; V3 are age 60 or over on the age date.
