In the event the fixture does go ahead all athletes are advised to wear clothing and footwear appropriate to the conditions, bearing in mind that race numbers must be visible at all times.

At present the assumption should be that the fixture will go ahead, unless notified otherwise here on the League website. Please make an extra concerted effort to car-share. This will ensure that the parking of vehicles is made as straightforward as possible. The drivers of junior runners are particularly reminded to use the hardstanding car park until full – please refer to the event listing for full details. For those subsequently parking in the main field please understand that it will be difficult to exit the field until all, if not most, of the cars of the senior runners have arrived. We’d appreciate your patience and consideration.

Attention is also drawn to the stipulation that all vehicles are permitted to turn left only upon exit from the car parks. Please plan ahead accordingly.

Finally, please note that dogs are not allowed at this venue.
