Entries are to be made by Team Managers in accordance with the updated Rules on the website and by the published deadline. Guest runners from clubs not affiliated to the OXL may be permitted, but again only in accordance with the rules and deadlines. 

NO SPIKES OR MUDDY FOOTWEAR TO BE WORN IN THE CAFE.

PLEASE USE THE TOILET FACILITIES PROVIDED Anyone identified defecating or urinating in public at any OXL venue will receive an outright 12-month ban from the League with immediate effect.
 
Important Venue Notes:
The races are being held on private land with the kind permission of the owner. Please treat all areas as well as staff with the utmost respect as we would like to be invited back in future years. Please also note that the Cotswold Farm Park attraction itself is closed to the general public and people must stay within the areas designated for the use of the cross country fixture.
Catering will be provided by the venue in the café, and we are hoping for the addition of a mobile van in the start/finish field too. We would grateful if you could please support this. Please note that the café now currently accepts cash or card payments.

Dogs are NOT permitted on site.
