Entries are to be made by Team Managers in accordance with the updated Rules on the website and by the published deadline. Guest runners from clubs not affiliated to the OXL may be permitted, but again only in accordance with the rules and deadlines. 

Important Notes:
The races are being held on private land with the kind permission of the owner. Please treat all areas with the utmost respect as we would like to be invited back in future years.
NO ACCESS is permitted within any Out Of Bounds Zones.

NO SPIKES OR MUDDY FOOTWEAR TO BE WORN IN THE CLUBHOUSE & CAFÉ.

REFRESHMENTS
Hot and cold food will be served in the cafe upstairs in the clubhouse.

PLEASE USE THE TOILET FACILITIES PROVIDED – Portable toilets will supplement the toilets available in the clubhouse. Anyone identified defecating or urinating in public at any OXL venue will receive an outright 12–month ban from the League with immediate effect.

Important Notes: All parking will be in the main BMW MINI Plant Car Park (see directions below) with the exception of officials and disabled athletes who may park at the track.

Club tents can be dropped off at the track and then cars are to park at BMW Mini.

Please treat the car park with respect and walk to the venue. Cross the road with care as traffic approaches quickly in both directions.
There is strictly NO PARKING on the Horspath Road or the entrance to the track.

Car Parking
Parking is at the BMW Mini factory via Gate 7. There are no car parking fees but please car share where possible. Please ensure the directions of the car parking marshals are adhered to when parking your vehicle.
